The Team is made up of operational managers and data administrators to centrally manage finances, supplies, services, Health and Safety and the management of Pharmacies supporting the treatment services of West Kent Drug & Alcohol Wellbeing Service.

The Team also coordinates data, identifying trends and patterns in service usage, needs and gaps within the treatment system and performance to enable an area-wide strategic steer on development and innovation.
